Not fully satisfied with your order? You have thirty days to request a return and exchange it. Once the return request has been completed and accepted by DPS, the courier comes to collect the package directly from your home.

Procedure

Once the return request has been received, DPS will confirm you within 24 if it has been accepted, excluding Saturdays and Sundays . After that, once it arrives in our warehouses, your product will be subjected to quality control within 5 working days of receiving it.

As soon as the quality control has given a positive result, you can place a new order for the same amount.

To be replaced or exchanged, the product must be returned in the same condition as the one shipped and with all labels and original packaging intact.

If, on the other hand, you have chosen the bank transfer, we will forward your data to our administration, which will issue the transfer within two working days from the closure of the return procedure.
We inform you that refunds by bank transfer are made only on Italian current accounts, therefore we do not accept foreign bank details.

Both for returns by bank transfer and by replacement you will be refunded the cost of the product minus 15 euros for handling and shipping costs for the return of the same.

Inside the package of each product purchased you will find an adhesive postcard to be used in case of a return request . This must be correctly filled in with the return file number, which you can find in the email with which DPS informs you that your request has been accepted.

DPS reserves the right to evaluate the conditions of the returned product. Products can not be returned without the original box, without original or used tags.
